This session will be dedicated to the possibility that small firms that have well-defined shared visions of their future will be better places for team members to work and have happier more-engaged clients. Creating a well-defined shared vision is hard work and not for everyone as it requires us to look deep into ourselves and examine our beliefs as people. You are hereby invited to open a dialogue about how best to go about creating a shared vision for your firm by Ed Kless, Sage senior director of partner development and strategy, who will facilitate this session.
